This book, edited with the anthropologist Petro Vereni, is a collection of life stories, photographic portraits by Ottavia Castelliona, and at the same time a cookbook. It was driven by the attempt to create “urban antropophagy” where the meeting with the other is sealed by the possibility to eat one of their memories (a dish related to their experience).
