Making this documentary gave me the opportunity to observe an otherwise undetectable process: one which turns the love for a daughter into a chair, the love for a passage of a book into a boat, the love for a person into a house.
Tobia Scarpa suggests how behind his works of art, displayed in the most important museums in the world, there is his human journey, narrated through architecture and design. While working on this project my point of view changed and I sensed how in this age of technological reproducibility an object can still be said to have a soul.
